Makeqfit has been going for the best part of the new millennium. Established in the early part of the last decade, we have been teaching Thai kickboxing and improving fitness ever since. In our fun classes, people of all ages, come to train, learn and improve their fitness in a safe, friendly and positive environment. The classes are popular and fun, with the more experienced students happy to share their knowledge with newcomers and less experienced students. Instructors  are approachable and are happy to allay any fears you may have about participating in this dynamic and challenging sport.

Classes are a mixture of technique and fitness. We do a lot of padwork; punching and kicking of pads, a great stress reliever! We also do the important stuff - get you fit. Utilising the old classics; push ups, crunches and many of the standard exercises we all know and love, as well as a few new exercises to challenge the boredom and repetition found in some gyms. If you are looking to lose weight, get in shape or just change your routine, Makeqfit can help you attain your goal.

As well as fitness and kickboxing we like to think of Makeqfit as a social place. We like to organise events and get togethers and have even gone away on training holidays together. After all life is not all about fighting and fitness, fun is paramount as well!
